Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Discover Albania. Cancellation fees will apply as follows:
25% fee for cancellations made up to 30 days before the travel date.
50% fee for cancellations made within 30 days before the travel date.
70% fee for cancellations made within 5 days before the travel date.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting the applicable cancellation fees.

Change Policy

Changes to bookings, such as date modifications or itinerary alterations, may be subject to fees and are subject to availability. Customers must submit change requests in writing to Discover Albania, and any changes must be confirmed in writing by Discover Albania.
Travel Insurance: Discover Albania strongly recommends that customers purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. Information on where customers can obtain travel insurance should be provided. Discover Albania is not responsible for any expenses or losses incurred as a result of travel, including but not limited to medical expenses, lost luggage, or trip interruption.

 

Liability

Discover Albania acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party suppliers, such as accommodations, transportation, and other services. Discover Albania is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by third-party suppliers or unforeseeable events beyond its control. Customers are responsible for their own safety, health, and compliance with local laws and regulations during the tour. However, Discover Albania carries third-party liability insurance to cover any damages or injuries caused by its own negligence or misconduct.
Inclusions: Some tours may include meals, transport, or optional activities, as specified in the tour itinerary or booking confirmation. The details of the inclusions will be clearly communicated to customers before booking. Any additional expenses incurred by customers during the tour, such as personal expenses, meals, or optional activities not included in the tour itinerary, will be the responsibility of the customers.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, website content, and tour materials, are the property of Discover Albania and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without prior written consent.
Health and Safety: Discover Albania is committed to providing safe and enjoyable tours. However, customers are responsible for their own health and safety and must follow all instructions and guidelines provided by Discover Albania during the tour. Discover Albania reserves the right to refuse service or remove customers from a tour if their behavior poses a risk to themselves or others.

Pricing

Tour prices are quoted in the currency specified by Discover Albania and are subject to change without notice. Prices include the services and accommodations specified in the tour itinerary, but do not include items of a personal nature, unless otherwise stated. Any additional expenses incurred by customers during the tour, such as personal expenses, meals, or optional activities not included in the tour itinerary, will be the responsibility of the customers.

Complaints

Any complaints or issues during the tour must be reported to Discover Albania immediately. Discover Albania will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any issues, but will not be responsible for issues that were not reported during the tour or after the tour has concluded.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Albania, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved by the courts of Albania.
